Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

You may return any product purchased for a refund or credit within 60 days of receipt of your item.

If the product has obviously been damaged, destroyed, or abused we will not process the refund for the return. Normal use or wear to be expected from the customer’s use of the item over a 60 day period is not grounds for refusing a refund.

Essentially if you buy a product and use it for up to 60 days without any abnormal abuse or damage, and decide for any reason you don’t like it you can return it for a refund.

Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy: Returns, Exchanges, Warranty Work

You pay for shipping  or reshipping or return shipping when:

  • You want to exchange the product despite it being built and shipped per the order specifications.
  • The order is returned to us because you failed to enter the full and/or valid shipping address when you placed the order.
  • You want to return it for a refund.

We pay for shipping when:

  • We screw up. We don’t ship your order to the order specifications.
  • The product is being returned for warranty work or a replacement is being shipped covered by our warranty.

Guidelines for Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations:

  • Refunds are available for up to 60 days after the product has been delivered or made available to the customer.
  • All refunds, cancellations, and returns must be requested in writing. Email can be sent to  support @ (remove spaces) or requests can be mailed to 9060 Flora St, Arvada, CO 80005 care of Business Services
  • Refunds are issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase
  • Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to process and show up on your bank/credit card statement
